Can you see?

For the past few months I've been toying with the idea of doing a vision board. I knew that this year, 2017, would be completely different from any other year. I don't know how to explain it, I just feel it. This is the year where everything will makes sense, fall in place and love, favor and wealth is going to spring forth in my life like never before. I knew I had to do a vision board.

So I did my research, found everything that represented what I wanted on my board and went printing and shopping. I got a few things from the Dollar Tree (saving money lol), used somethings that I already had at home and printed everything else.

I know that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things NOT SEEN.

For me, my vision board is so that I can SEE the things that I've been saying and declaring BEFORE they are actually tangible to me.

Does this mean that my faith doesn't' work? No. It just means that I am writing my vision and making it plain...to myself.

For me, this vision board helps me to do a few things:

1. Remain organized

2. Stay focused

3. Be specific in my prayers

4. Remain encouraged

5. Measure my progress

One of my close friends made a post on twitter yesterday that said, "If you wish to lead the orchestra, you must turn your back to the applause." That encouraged me to stay focused because I was really gonna put off completing my vision board today and do it another day. Let's face it: we all get overwhelmed by the work week and this first week of January has been like a speeding train without breaks for me. I've been going and going so much that my body is shutting down because I need rest.

I said all of that to say this: Don't put off tomorrow what you can do today. You can rest AFTER you get your goals in order.

How will you accomplish anything in life without a plan? A wise man once said, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." Don't be that person in 2017.

So on this 7th day of the first month in the new year, I present to you all my vision board. I feel so empowered and excited about my future.

I hope this encouraged someone to go out and WRITE THEIR VISION. I promise you will begin to see your life better and recognize that your load really isn't that heavy.

Don't forget to spread love, yall!
